Do you ship products?
No. We do not ship or mail any cannabis products displayed on our website. JuanaShoppe operates exclusively within the legal delivery zone of Long Beach, California and does not participate in any illegal activity.
We are a licensed cannabis delivery service operating under an active license provided upon request (see footer below for license number). All orders are delivered by our verified drivers directly to customers within our approved service area — never shipped or transported outside California.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For compliance and safety reasons, we do not accept credit or debit cards. Payment options will be confirmed once your ID and order items are verified and confirmed.
What are the age requirements to place an order?
We strictly follow California state cannabis regulations:
- 21 years of age or older: May order without a medical recommendation and a valid ID, LIC, or Passport.
- 18 years of age or older: Must provide a valid medical recommendation from a licensed physician.
- All customers must verify their identity by submitting a selfie holding the same ID used on the order.
- The person who places the order must be the same person who receives the delivery.
- We also cannot deliver near or on school campuses, per state and city law.
Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

What happens if my bag or jar is short?
All products are purchased from legally licensed brands and manufacturers, so the likelihood of flower or other items being underweight is highly unlikely. However, if you notice an issue, you may submit images of the product as-is within 24 hours from the date of your delivery. Once verified, we will contact the vendor or distributor regarding the issue.
What happens if the product I ordered is expired?
We make every effort to ensure products are fresh and properly stored. If you receive a product that is expired or compromised, please contact us immediately. Verified expired products will be replaced or refunded.
What happens if my vape or cartridge is clogged or leaking?
If your vape or cartridge is clogged, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We will review your issue and, if verified, provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Lab Results COA's
At JuanaShoppe Delivery, we prioritize transparency and quality by working with trusted brands in the cannabis industry. While we do not directly provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all products, each brand is responsible for conducting lab testing and making results available upon request.
